“To Love…” Wall Mural, April 2024

I painted this mural based on a computer design of a quote my St. Thomas Aquinas. I started by projecting this design onto the wall, tracing the outlines, and then painting. This mural took approximately 10-12 hours to complete from initial tracing to painting and cleanup.

From New Jersey to Arizona (Background of Collaborative Mural), Fall 2023

I painted the background for this mural to represent the fusion of New Jersey and Arizona for my friend who was moving from NJ to Arizona. He had me paint the background, then had guests at his going-away party add onto the mural with things that are symbolic of their relationship or depict memories they have had with him. The first picture is of the background which I painted, and the next two photos show the completed project hanging in its space, with all of the collaborative additions made by others.

St. Thomas Aquinas High School Library, Summer 2023

This mural was designed to represent the legacy of St. Thomas Aquinas as a seeker of knowledge, to commemorate the renovation of the school library into a true 21st century library and research center. St. Thomas Aquinas himself is depicted here as the background on the laptop displayed in the painting (representing him as a source of inspiration), while the hypothetical student works on a paper with all the tools and resources available to them as they conduct their research.

Ice Cream Monster Mural, Woodbrook Elementary School, Spring/Summer 2021

Another art teacher (Mrs. Kristin Bauer) drew the design for this mural on the wall of the school before the Covid-19 pandemic. I worked at the school the following school year and was asked to paint the mural. I did all the color choices and color mixing for this piece, but did not create the original design.
